Online Store Return Policy
We hope you’re completely satisfied with your order, and we’re here to help if there is a problem. If you need to return or exchange an item, here is our Return Policy:
- Contact us before returning any items to determine the best solution.
- Misprinted/damaged/defective items must be returned within 30 days in the condition they were received.
- Claims for missing or lost orders must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be promptly handled at our expense. Customers are responsible for the shipment costs of all other returns.
- If you’d like to return an item or exchange it for a different size/color than you ordered, you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Undeliverable shipments that are due to an insufficient address will be sent back to the facility and you will be notified. We’ll reship the order to a new or updated address (additional shipping charges will apply).
- We cannot accept returns of “final sale” items or items that have been used.
- If you are seeking a refund, we will refund the original purchase amount (minus shipping and other fees) to the original payment method upon receiving the returned item(s) in the original condition.
